The sound was very mediocre from DVD and the picture was not the greatest. The motion on the video was not good and I was surprised to see this with my 4K OLED. Stick with the blu-ray or DVD..

It was nice to see again this movie but, when the take an old movie and make it 4K Ultra HD, the quality is not the same as a new 4K Ultra HD movie

Unlike some 4K enthusiasts, I don’t always find these 4K transfers to be mind blowing. While it is visually slightly better than the Blue-Ray version, it’s not stunning and the dialogue is still low and muddy.

Dirty, out of the package!!!??? The store wouldn't let me return, so I cleaned and will use. Still not happy!

Listen, I’m not going to give Best Buy a hard time on this because most likely it was damaged during shipment. I do think when it comes to Steelbooks BB should protect their steelbooks better. They would save money as a company as a whole. I can imagine they lose out on profit when items are sent back while also paying for returns (I don’t live close to a BB-so they have to pay for shipping. When I opened the package, the steelbook case was dented and collapsed in the center-meaning the disc most likely was damaged as well. I didn’t even take the item out of its plastic wrap..I just contacted BB and they made me a shipping label for a return. It’s always hit or miss when u order online with Steelbooks; BB could place 2 pieces of cardboard (one cardboard on each side) around the item before shipping. I’ll continue to purchase Steelbooks from time to time from BB, but it’s sad many have been returned due to damage.

One of my favorite movie. Looks great in 4k. Disc got stuck half way through the movie. No fun.

Gladiator is on of my favorite movies. The 4K version was not as clean as I expected. Still a great movie!

I've always enjoyed this film. Good story, great action sequences. I never get tired of watching this one.
