If you're experiencing connection issues, please check if the connections at every point of the coiled cable are fully connected, especially at the adaptor. Additionally, please ensure that the securing screw from the board cable is closed, as the adaptor’s male connection not being fully pushed into the other cord could cause issues.
Broke at the separation

I'd say go for the cheap Amazon knock-off and you'll end up with a much better cable. Mine broke at the part where they unscrew and the internal cables all ripped due to the poor quality components used.

Please be sure that the securing screw from the board cable is closed as the adaptor’s male connection not being fully pushed into the other cord could cause issues. Hope this helps!
