Left click dieing, sensor skipping, software not saving profiles and options not working. No firmware updates in sight. Really Really poor customer service. Like, really bad.

Posted .Sorry to hear that you experienced issues with 3 difference mice. Are they still within the 2-year warranty window? If yes, our CS team should be assisting you with any potential warranty claims for each of the mice.
As for the software, we should be releasing updates to CORE 2.1 which should introduce a lot of bug fixes and QoL improvements. That being said, if you own a Model D Wireless mouse, you can switch back to our Legacy CORE software for the time being as your mouse is fully supported by it.
