I have a medium size hand and i have to palm this mouse, not comfy imo. I bought the minus o on ebay and the front end of the sides of the mouse near m1 m2 my ring finger on my right hand would get caught and stop the m2 from actuating. I wouldn't recommend the model o for medium and below hand users and minus o only for small hand size
