As goes with sequels, this is primarily a rehash of the first film, but the premise is much more deliberate, and at times too preachy, I just wish they could have found a more compelling story than focusing on the issue of separation of church and state which seems like an easy target. A few plot holes here and there but overall another standard family-friendly film from Pureflix, definitely not for everyone but those familiar with the God's Not Dead series will mostly enjoy. In my personal opinion this could have made a better short film than a full length feature film.
