The 3D effects alone make this movie worth the price. The story is good but not great.

The greatest sequence is where the Jews escape Egypt and return to Israel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best combination package ever!!

It's Egyptian mythology with great CGI, an overall action/adventure.

The look of the movie was fantastic with all the special effects, The storyline was ok, I was frustrated with the sound blackouts during the movie, I was playing a dvd on a up to date blue ray player and it still did the sound black out. That was a great distraction for me to really enjoy the movie.

Gods Of Egypt is not a history lesson and you will not learn anything about the culture of ancient Egypt by watching this or any other, remotely similar movie. What is this? It is pure and fun escapism on a large and striking scale. Watch it and entertain yourself for 2 hours.

Wanted to see this in the theater but didnt want to spend the money so went out and bought it when it came out and definitely wish i would of saw it in the theater!

I watched this on my new OLED TV and I can say it's the greatest format of movie I've ever seen
