This movie has its detractors, but I enjoyed it a great deal as a fan of Big G in various iterations. There are monster fights throughout the film (yay!) which make up for the uneven plotline for the humans (eh). The steelbook is nice looking as well, which makes this a must-buy for me.

Definitely one of the best films to have released since the new millennia, particular this year, and we’ve had increíble movies this year. Buy and add to your digital collection. Highly recommended, it’s a movie for the ages!

Having not seen this on the theater, I rented it initially and enjoyed it tremendously. I then bought the 4K version, I’m not and expert but was able to see some more detail over the blu ray version. Very enjoyable movie!

This movie rebirths the old monster movies and calls up those monsters that fought each other in the 1960's. It has a new take on why these monsters do what they do and added some friendships and alliances between the monsters. Also between one of them and man.... It is fun to watch.

I bought this oit of a recommendation from a friend, who knows that I love the old Godzilla movies. I was sceptical at first but after watching the movie, I felt like a little kid again! Love it. Definitely worth seeing.

I did not watch this movie yet but I couldn’t pass up the sale price. I originally bought it at a different store but it was $10 more so I decided to return it and buy it at Best Buy. I saved $10 off the movie Best price so far. I will buy again from Best Buy when the movies go on sale.

I grew up watching this so I was super excited when I saw that they came out with a remake. This is a must have and if you grew up on watching this you must see this one!!

SteelBook and contents were as advertised. Special effects were good and the story was OK. (Spoiler Alert!) There's an open end, or at the very least, an opportunity for a follow-up movie. Throw some popcorn in microwave, grab a big glass of your favorite (soft) drink, relax and enjoy!

Great popcorn movie to watch with the kids. Who don’t like monsters beating each other up till the end. Action and more action. Story line could of been a little tighter but gets a pass. Can’t wait for Godzilla vs King King. Took me back when I use to watch Godzilla movies on channel 9.

This movie is epic! It takes place all over the world. Battles are fought in the land, sky, and oceans. The movie features a very talented international cast and will appeal to youngsters and adults who have enjoyed the Godzilla (and monster) movies over the years. Sure it's campy and corny at times but the central idea of Godzilla essentially teaming up with Monarch to save the world from destruction at the hands (or claws) of the perhaps the most dangerous monster in the universe...King Ghidorah is always front and center and you can feel the stakes being raised all the way through the movie until the massive final showdown. In my opinion the first Godzilla is the best film of the 4 movie franchise from an artistic and storytelling point of view and Kong vs Godzilla is the last of the group because it's the least developed all around and only centers around the last big fight. Honestly King of the Monsters should have been the closing chapter of the series because it is so epic in scope and the human characters actually do matter but the studio believed it was more important to end the series with a big brawl between 2 icons which was ultimately underwhelming since most fans could predict that Kong and Godzilla would ultimately form a truce. Again, King of the Monsters is at the top tier of the "save-the-world-from monsters/creatures" movie genre and employs the best of 21st century CGI to take you on a crazy ride. All these movies will be rebooted again down the line but if you have a 4K set up with surround sound and have enjoyed the Monsterverse movies over the years this version is the way to go for an action packed Friday night at your home theater.

This was the Godzilla movie I've always wanted to see. The set pieces were fantastic and the humans involved were ok and seemed predictable,but it fit the narrative well.

May not be the best of films out there but the settings, creatures, and action set pieces deserve the premium format the 4K disc offers. As a fan, and if you are one too this will make a fine addition to the collection.

I have been collecting Godzilla movies for years. Godzilla King of the Monsters is well made, and the special effects are great. I am glad I added it to my collection. I am also looking forward to the next movie.

Actually saw the preview in another Blu-Ray movie and had been waiting for it to come to Best Buy. Pre-ordered it and got it the day it came out! I have watched this movie twice since I got it. It will be watched many more!

This Godzilla definitely tops them all. The plot from beginning to end is great and the fight scenes are visually stunning. The steelbook is definitely the version to own

I’ve been a Godzilla fan for over 20 years and this movie delivered everything I wanted from a Godzilla film. The steelbook case is really nice, and the video/audio quality of the 4K and standard blu-day disc are top-notch.

Enjoyed the movie, lots of action, and great camera shots. Great special effects, great line up of characters in the movie. This one was a lot better than the first one.

I wish they would produce more 3D movies. I have to get most of mine from over seas. Which takes longer to get to me. I like getting my movies at Best Buy for the quality of their movies are great & I get them so quick.

Blu ray is what it is, comes with digital code and DVD. Picture quality is great for what I need, otherwise, get the 4K version. The movie was a fun ride though. Story was a little bland, but it was fun watching a new version of all of the monsters I enjoyed seeing as a kid.
