    Some cool representations of classic kaiju, and some decent fights. Plot and characters feel a lot like a B-movie on a Saturday afternoon. Some effects are weak. Some of this is unforgivably hokey. The movie tries too hard and ultimately falls a bit short, even though it's got some entertaining stuff. The big brawls are worth revisiting. Not much for bonus material.
