This ball comes with a nice pump that includes a few attachments, a convenient measuring tape to make sure you inflate it to 65cm, and a CD that contains a 30-minute program explaining how to do various exercises. As a bonus, all of those exercises are also printed on the equator of the ball as well. This is a high-quality ball that doesn't leak air, so you only need to pump it once.

It is a good size exercise ball but inflating it the first time is a workout on itself. Once you inflate it , it is a nice aid for doing crunches and push-up .

good size for home...easy set up...durable so far...excersise dvd was a good bonus

I wasn’t expecting a CD to be included. Starts with settings from 55cm to 75cm if you want to change the settings for the ball based on a persons height. Extra parts in case you lose a plug. plug remover included!

I can really feel my core workout on this ball. This ball is of good quality...no slipping when doing pike exercises. Glad I purchased it!

I picked up this item in the store and when I got home and opened it was blue. I specifically ordered it because it was suppose to be Dark Red. I needed to use the Stability Ball so I went ahead and kept it. But if the advertisement states red, it should be red. The color didn't affect the product.

A well built small size ball that is well built. Seemed a bit too small but nevertheless well built.

It wasn't red as advertised but blue. It is really small and I was used to a larger ball. Got it pumped to the 55 mark but that seems to be as high as it goes. In trying to do the sit ups I am used to doing on a larger ball it was too hard and hurt my back. I am 5'6" and it is way too small for me. Probably a good size for a child!
