Gone Girl is a movie definitely worth seeing. It shows just how the media and the public overreact and create their own stories when they don't have all of the facts. I saw the movie at a theater in 2014 and just purchased the Blu-Ray as a gift.

Gone Girl is filled with romance, suspense and closing with a "strange", intense, surprising ending. This movie is not to be missed. Acting is very good. I have never seen Ben Affleck perform with such emotional range as in this movie. Rosamund Pike ( the female lead ) gave me goose bumps.

David Fincher can do no wrong (okay, Aliens 3 isn't great) but this great adaptation of the great Gillian Flynn novel oozes with atmosphere, great performances and a wicked streak.

I had read the book prior to watching the movie, and the movie did not disappoint! really great characters and acting from beginning to end. If you have not read the book, you will not be able to predict what happens.

This film man, this film will knock you for one. Definitely makes you hesitate about getting married. One of the craziest scenes of 2014 in this one. Heck of a thriller and prescription for marital deficiencies

This film was a surprisingly enjoyable yet twisted watch. It makes you feel uneasy, it makes you loathe characters, it makes you question trust, but most of all, it keeps you entertained and wanting answers. An engaging film that kept my attention throughout.

This is a pitch perfect movie. No scene is wasted, no performance anything other less than excellent, phenomenal direction, editing, and writing that stays very true to the source material. Highly, highly recommended

I never read the book, but David Fincher is fantastic. Was blown away as the movie ended up being completely different than where I thought it was going. It's great to see Ben Affleck's streak of good acting continue

This version had a bonus feature of the book that the main character mentions in the movie. If you liked the film, this version is fun to have. I don't comment on films themselves for this kind of site.

This film was bizarre and is loosely based on the high profile case of Laci & Scott Peterson.

Flawless picture and audio quality, as expected on new blu-ray. Fun extra of a full "Amazing Amy" book included in package. Only slight disappointment is the lack of bonus features on the disc - for sure a rich story, would have expected a little something, so minus one star for that...

While not for everybody, David Fincher's Gone Girl is a tense thriller, and looks fantastic on Blu-Ray. Fans of the movie will appreciate the extra book, a nod to the main character of the film. It's a nice touch.

I saw this movie at the cinema and had to purchase the Blu Ray copy. This movie keeps you guessing. Ben's wife in the movie is Crazy!!! The ending gives you the impression there will be a sequel. a must see movie.

This was one amazing movie in 2014, as soon as it came out on DVD I grabbed it. Saw it in the theater and it is CRAZY! Everyone I've shown it to or has seen it says the same thing. Movie of the year in my opinion.

Gone Girl is a must see movie! If you're into thriller/drama/crime/mystery movies, then you'll love this. Another great film from Director David Fincher. And I loved the scoring from Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross.

The movie was pitched to me as a love story. It's quite more than that! A thriller and suspenseful movie with many twists and turns. Kept me on the edge the entire movie, with a NON-traditional Hollywood ending!

I thought movie had a great plot,lots of twists and turns throughout entire movie. Didnt figure out movie until very late in movie. What an evil character she was to put him through all that. Could not believe ending.what a twist. Will watch a second time to make sure i got everything

I really enjoy watching Ben and his performance but the actress in this movie really amazed me. She was so convincing it's hard to believe there aren't people doing the same thing. A definite must see thriller but make sure you have some time because this movie is looooonngg.

One of David Finchers best films, right behind Zodiac for me. Moving and thrilling while being funny and downright shocking at times. This is why many people have come to love David Finchers work. You will too.

This movie is great. Lots of changes that you didn't see coming. Very good movie in today's super domestic violence awareness world. This movie is very relate-able to me personally. I recommend this to everybody.
