This release uses the same 4K remaster used in the 25th Anniversary release. Missing are the slipcase, book and 2nd disc. If you don't mind not having these this is the best release of Goodfellas to own. Higher quality video and audio and 2 audio commentaries currently only costing $10.

Great all time classic, the steelbook has a nice gloss finish, not matte. This one will sell out pretty quickly if you want the collectible case. The standard 4k will be around if you want to spend less.

This classic movie shines in this 25th Anniversary Edition but buyer beware, while you receive an improved picture quality here, there's no extras on this disc.

You should know what to expect with Scorsese, especially if you are watching this after seeing Wolf of Wall Street. This is arguably his best, seeing as the flow of the movie is just laid-back yet so violent. It's the typical blu-ray movie case and the cover for the movie is pretty cool.

Best Buy does it again. This Blu-ray was affordable, shipped fast and the came in great condition. The ending of this movie had me in tears. Best Buy for the win!

It set a precedent that most have ripped off even until today, but either way the recipe works really well and it's hard not to sit down and watch this entirely once you see it on somewhere. SO GOOD!

One of my all time favorite gangster flicks. Goodfellas has an amazing cast and entertaining story. I picked this up to take a trip down memory lane since the last time I bought this, it was on DVD. The upgrade to 4k blu-ray is definitely a step up :)

I like this movie because I like the fact that it teaches you about the kind of life you can choose to have, between good and bad and bad usually doesn't last long.. I do feel that some of the scenes were a bit to morbid I strongly would only recommend this movie for an older audience.

This release is fantastic. Had some initial trouble getting the audio to work on my Sony 4K player but hitting the previous chapter button at the beginning got it rolling. May have been my receiver. No DNR on this one. Film grain is intact and looks great.

This is the most accurate portrayal of the Mob on film. Martin Scorcese directs great actors in this classic film. It looks great in 4K. It's one of those movies that you will always remember.

This is easily one of the best films of all time, and this steelbook is gorgeous. Definitely worth picking up while its available, and why not upgrade to 4k for one of the all-time classics?

This is one of my all-time favorite movies directed by one of my favorite directors! In 4K, you can’t get much better than that. I love the design of the steel book. It’s very sleek. 10/10

I don't think a movie review is needed at this point. It's a classic that deserves to be upgraded to Blu-ray.

Seeing this film again in the 4K transfer was a treat. Seeing it in such crisp resolution was astounding although in contrast to other new 4K films it is limited given the age of the film. The enhanced sound more than makes up for it which will make you feel as though you are watching it for the first time for the enhanced sound and visuals which you can now pick up. I went from DVD to 4K so it's a significant upgrade from my vantage point.

Really nice Steelbook but the movie itself is not too much of a difference from the Blu-ray transfer. The sound has bit of an upgrade as well. I bought it primarily for the Steelbook case.

Martin Scorsese’s best mafia movie he’s ever made (better then casino and Irishman)... everybody does a fantastic job... showing the realistic view of the Italian mafia in the 20th century

Bought this for my parents( already own the blu myself) It's a great price and a great flic!! Great picture and audio

The only thing you will want to know before buying this Bluray is- how does the HD remaster look? Answer- worth the purchase price! It's as good as it's going to look short of going back to re-shoot the film scene for scene with an HD camera. Buy it.

One if the most honest films ever made. With the exception of the godfather which will always be no.1. I know this is only a review for this movie but check out The pope of Greenwich village a classic not up there with the godfather be definitely one to see

Watched the movie this evening, enjoyed the movie. It’s a older movie which has produced it with current audio and visual quality. Terrific story line and I would recommend it.
