Failed product

I went back to my old phone charger and cable which have been performing great. I am extremely disappointed in this particular product

Great charger for a Google Pixel phone

Good comparable charger, Store service not so goo.

When I picked up the online order of the original charger, I paid for it then opened the box in front of the sales rep and the box was empty. This is the comparable charger that was offered. It works great.
