Thought I had to buy this one to use with the phone. Doesn't have to be. Can use other less expensive ones. (Go for the cheaper one, does just as well, like Anker brand)

Has USB-C to C capability needed for cable that comes with new Pixel phones. Thought I'd get official Google charger adapter to avoid any possible warranty issues with phone bought at same time. Works as expected.

You won't go wrong with this one. There are two versions available, this one without the connecting cable, and another one that comes complete with a connecting cable which costs about $10 more.
