Doesn't last

Now when plugged in will keep having the charging screen animation happen and keep the phone screen on. Tried different cables and it still happened. Tried those cables on different plugs and they worked. So charging brick problem.

It's not worth it to buy this brick.

Great product, awful on the floor associates

The customer service at the front desk from the woman that was employed at the time Friday March 15th, 2024 at 5pm was awful. Rude. Not engaging with me at all. Will never go in this best buy again. I know amazon sucks but at least I don't have to deal with bad customer service
