Awesome product buy glitches a lot could be my internet we will see upgrading it if still glitches then review will be changed

Sometimes I don't want to watch Netflix or hulu on my phone or laptop so having Chrome cast is a great way to have it stream from phone to the tv. And I can still do other things like texting and calling or write emails without interrupting the connection.

This is my second Chromcast. I had the old one. This is the newer generation one. The old one still works great! and does it's job. This one was needed for a new TV purchased. I love it! I love being able to Cast my chromebook and cell phone to my TV.

ok tool if you dont have a smart tv only works with win 8 or 10 and above. 7 works but wont share screen only apps.

after I bought a chromecast for my tv, my parents came to visit and liked that video/photos could be freed from their phones and onto the big tv screen - add to that, the fact that they found it easy to use and so I gifted them one.

Chromecast itself has a bunch of movies that I don't really watch. But it does allow me to send my tablet screen and sound to the TV, which is pretty cool. I can listen to music and watch YouTube videos, all pretty useful. And it works with SlingTV, which gives me a couple of ESPN channels, TNT and TBS.

So far so good. It is faster and a better connection that the first one.

Its got all your favorites from previous chromecasts plus better wifi connectivity. If your have android devices, this is the streaming media player for you. Its an economical and painless way to make any hdmi enabled tv a smart tv.

PURCHASED THIS TO BE ABLE TO STREAM THIRD PARTY APPS FROM MY PHONE TO TV. PICTURE AND AUDIO QUALITY ARE GREAT. SOME SPOTTY CONNECTION ISSUES AT FIRST BUT I SUSPECT THAT WAS DUE TO AN OUTDATED ROUTER WHICH I HAVE SINCE REPLACED. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OVER OTHER STREAMING DEVICES.

A must have for anyone and everyone with a smart phone or tablet, we had a set top box for watching Youtube, Hulu+, Netflix and more and once we got this we stopped using everything else. Even though we have a google TV :)

I have chrome casts on all my tvs. They are super easy to set up and use. I like that you can cast videos from Netflix, YouTube etc. and still be able to use that same device to surf the Web or check emails at the same time.

Got a great deal on this chrome cast and never thought I would use it much. I was wrong, I have completely changed how I view things and use the chrome cast daily. Would recommend it to everyone, very easy to install/use

After buying a tv with vizio cast I decided to buy this because this way I didn't have to use my phone all the time to use Netflix, YouTube, etc.. it's small and you can't see it hanging when connected to my TV

I was skeptical about buying this device but for the price tag of $35 you can't go wrong. I have it hooked up in my office and I love pinging youtube or netflix to my tv. I also like how mobile this device is. Very reliable. I hope they get more apps to support it.

This little device is super simple to put in even easier to set up and allows me to throw things from my phone onto my big screen TV I recommend it for anyone who is just not electronically inclined like I am

With the current chromecast promos you can't go wrong.

like all gadgets this has apps etc, but what is nice is being able to use your ipad to control and then just broadcast to the chromecast. only thing i found as a downside is that you can't broadcast a tab from the chrome browser unless you use your laptop.
