I like this product because i can connect with my phone , iPad and soon

I love how easy it is to setup and the ability to cast my video apps like hulu and netflix from my phone to my tv. I also like that i can set it up to show my photos as the screensaver.

I usually prefer to shop in person and not online. I had been looking for the best price on a Chromecast, and naturally turned to Best Buy. I received the item by mail quickly and in fine condition. Plugged it in and have been enjoying it since..... I recommend buying from BestBuy.com and from Best Buy stores.

Not my first choice for streaming video but every bit worth the price.

I owned this product previously and was satisfied. I had to rebuy it when I changed devices. Before I paid $35, this time I'm glad I waited, as I paid only $19.99!!! Never have I seen it at a discount, let alone a savings of about $15. Works good with my phone, but can't get it to cast from my laptop. Does it work with both? I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

This piece of technology allowed me to easily cast netflix and youtube to my tv.

With the Google Chromecast, you can share a lot of different things from YouTube or Facebook or anything. I've used this for sharing websites, for sharing funny videos, you can use it for a lot of different things. One of my favorite options is the screen saver that makes your TV wall art.

Apps stream with a great picture. A very cost effective way to make any TV smart.

This thing is amazing. It essentially turns your tv into a smart tv but with more options. You can wirelessly connect your phone to it an watch whatever it is on your tv. More apps or websites had a chromecast button but if they dont, then you can just mirror your phone screen to your tv.

I use my chrome cast to stream from my laptop to my tv it works great

I can now watch shows from my laptop while doing g work on my laptop.

Not being able to buy a new smart tv I decided this would be the next best thing. I have quite a few movies and TV programs through Google and it is nice to view them on a larger screen than my tablets 10.1 in. Great for those who don't have the means but still can watch online programs.

This is my third chromcast, I was a very early adopter, and wanted to see if the performance improvements we as promised. My older units are perfomant, but I added a new TV. I can say there is a perceivable faster loading time, probably 3 to 5 seconds, for most apps, but otherwise it works just as great as the older ones. With more compatible apps. I am happier with the product every day.

This product was very easy to set up and use. Unfortunately there was very little functionality with it. Several apps that I use would offer the "project" button to display on the TV. I wanted much more flexibility to display videos such as my Genie Go app. I returned this product and went with the Amazon Fire Stick.

Got this to stream some PC games to my TV. The device works just fine for streaming internet pages and youtube and other apps. You need google chrome to select individual apps to cast if it is not normally castable. The part of chrome that does that is still in beta so it is still buggy but works okay. Casting things like games uses a lot of bandwidth but again, it is still in beta so it could be something that will be tuned later. As a general internet and youtube cast device it is awesome. For something to cast any screen on your PC, just be aware it is still beta and has some bugs. Cannot real give a negative mark for something that isnt finished yet so 5-stars for what is done.

Great product, easy to install and works great with my google home. Very happy with all the options it's giving me to watch my favorite shows, or broadcast items directly from my phone.
