Outstanding product. Easy to use and set up. The picture quality is outstanding both on a samsung 55 inch TV and a smaller 32 inch. These days everyone needs at least one of these in their home.

Bought it to stream videos when connected with my Samsung TV

I own 4 Chromecast. Easy to set up. We cast Netflix and Hulu. We have antenna tv. Got rid of Direct TV and the monthly bill.Don't even miss it. Love the Chromecast.

It works very well and is easy to set up. I had some misunderstandings about it’s functionality, but it still does plenty to make life convenient. For example, I thought I would be able to cast my laptop screen as if it were a wireless hdmi connection, but it can only mirror a single google chrome tab at a time, and it’s quite laggy at that. I also find it strange that the device has to always be plugged in to external power. I thought it would draw power from being plugged into the tv, but you either have to plug it into a wall outlet or plug the usb into the tv. Other than those misunderstandings on my behalf, I do still enjoy it’s hd streaming capability and convenient wireless control from my phone!

Setup and running fine. However, after done setting up, it doesn't show up on my Samsung LCD TV. I had to cut the power off at least 3 times in order to force it to get back and display. However, it still intermittently display blank even though power and everything seems fine. It is not as durable as previous versions.

Out of the box and streaming in less than 5 minutes

I have older TV that's flat, but not SMART. With this device I'm able to watch online material and stream from my PC. It's very easy to setup and works pretty good.

I have used the chromecast since it came out. I kinda liked the older design more than the new design, but either way all of the features are there. If your wanting a way to display items from one device or many devices to your TV this is a great item to get the job done!!

this is the best video cast and greatest value video casting

Works exactly as advertised and is extremely simple to setup. I wish all products were this easy to setup, this easy to use, and worked so well. Great product!

Simple configuration. Easy to use. Can cast one chrome tab or entire desktop. Best option to watch movies from sites where smart apps are not available. Recommended.

This Just Works. We are able to use "Google Home" to cast videos to this - even phone screens. And when we're not casting, we get pretty photos and artwork.

This is my second ChromeCast and it works the same as version 1.0. It is easy to set up and seems to be a little faster when casting to it from any capable device.

The Chromecast does what is supposed to do (cast my computer to my tv), but it is not as smooth as I thought it would be. I have a fairly powerful router and both my laptop and chromecast are connected wirelessly using 5GHz channels but the stream still shutters and shakes often. Still, it serves its purpose although with a few shortfalls.

This thing works way better than the 1st version. It's alot faster and it doesn't have lag when mirroring like it did before. A must have if you have a dumb TV.
