I can watch TV with this and view shows I have missed. We can even view preview shows series and rent movies. I wished there was a way to skip advertisments.

I have it 5 stars because there is nothing wrong with the item and does what it processes but I wish there was just a little more you could do like Apple TV.

I was looking for a cable to attach my Note 5 to my TV. An associate from Best Buy told me that the Google Chromecast is an alternative because my Note 5 does not have any cable that support connection to my TV that is not a Smart TV. Now I see in a big screen Neflix, you tube, fotos, videos, etc and even more we have kareoke nights. Great product for a good price.

What is an upgrade to my original Chromecast because it was on sale. Definitely worth the upgrade much faster responses and not as many bugs.

So cool, easy and affordable to add smarts to my regular, non-smart LED TV. Just plug into the HDMI input port (and connect the power adapter to an electrical outlet - yes it comes with a power adapter and also needs to be plugged in to an electrical outlet despite what the product picture suggests). Works really well with my Google home mini too.

Easy to set up and works as it should. Great piece of equipment for the price.

The Chromecast is an excellent product for extending your phone or computer to your TV. It's easy to integrate with Android phones and makes watching YouTube and other media sites on your TV a piece of cake!

Very nice product with no issues at all. Able to cast from both Android and iOS devices without any issues. Recommended to all who needs it.

I was already an owner of Google search first generation Chrome cast device and we loved it. Super handy to be able to just hit the cast button from nearly any device or app and toss it to the tv. We bring it with us when we travel to use in our hotel rooms, etc. visiting family, you name it. Hard to pass on it for the price and what it can do. Highly recommend this for sure.

Setup for the Google Chromecast was not plug-and-play for my computer router. After several frustrating tries, I researched troubleshooting online. Suggestions were to change the router's settings. After trying that several times the product still would not sync up with the router. The router model number was on the product compatibility list. I invested way too much time attempting the install. More research on other similar products helped me to choose a ScreenBeam mirroring device, also available at Best Buy. I'm extremely pleased with this one because it's plug-and-play as described.

I have an older tv that does not have smart tv capabilities. This product allows me to cast from my phone onto the tv. I have had no issues.

I have enjoyed using the Chromecast once I got it set up. It took a few attempts to get the right applications downloaded that are required. Now I am able to easily broadcast to my TV from my laptop or IPad

I owned the 1st gen chromecast and we love having it till it craps out on us after 2yrs... Bought the 2nd gen and we love it even more... the 2nd gen has both the 2.4g and 5g wifi connection as oppose to 1st gen with just the 2.4g wifi connection... 5g wifi connection option is something to consider due to the overcrowded and highly congested 2.4g wifi connection can get... its easy to setup and you'll be up and running in under 5mins of setup... Purchased the new Google Chromecast to replace a first generation one. Definitely worth the $35, works like a charm compared to older models.

This device it's perfect for upgrading and expanding your audio experience via Smart phone, tablet, Bluetooth speaker. Pretty much does what the Chromecast does so no big deal. But affordable none the less.

Purchased this as gift for our son at college...he loves it. It allows him to watch a wide variety of things right from his phone. Pretty cool little device

This is a great product to have, but you need to have wifi too. It's small, easy to install and very functional.
