The Chrome cast unit works fine. It is being used to broadcast streaming internet to a large screen to review online data.

This is a great product. I had the previous version and loved it. I bought this newer version for my parents and they love it as well.

We use this to quickly stream things from the phone to the television from apps like YouTube or to directly mirror a Chrome browser window. The portability is also nice as you can quickly unplug from the TV and throw in your bag to take with on vacations. If you want the best picture possible, upgrade to the new 4K capable model.

Added a new, updated Chromacast to our Samsung TV and am really enjoying the programs we can view. The set up was easy right out of the box; connection was easy also to our in-house wifi. As long as a strong wi-fi signal is uninterrupted, view anything from a tablet to a phone via the Chromecast app is excellent.

I purchase this for a small charity that I'm connected with. They needed something to enable presentations on a donated flat screen TV in the boardroom. This unit installed in seconds, connected to their WiFi, and in all aspects performed exactly as described. It was then easy to sync a smartphone slide show with the Google Home App.

Dead simple operation. Great for streaming. One on each TV

No issue with setup - very easy to install and configure Noteable difference in quality. I stream my pc to chromecast for viewing resources while working off laptop. VIdeo quality is not amazing - I did check my stability of network and the wifi router is literally 2 ft from this device Not a bad device - the guest feature is fairly new to me - i do enjoy that when having friends over

I upgraded from the original Chromecast and this is so much better. It's faster loading up and can play movies quickly.

My TV is a Sony Bravia android and I have a iPhone, googlechome helped me to pair them and it works for a few apps. If you have the $ it’s better to buy and Apple TV.

For the price you cant beat this device. Stronger WiFi antennae than first edition and a better app only add to the experience. App support still limited but hopeful it will improve.
