Big improvement over the old "USB" stick style that was difficult to plug into some TVs. The short, flexible cord lets you navigate tight plug in spots.

The cheapest media box out there, yet the most simple interface you can imagine. it's a different angle to what we see on media boxes, yet a welcome one and it's a good addition to your other media boxes. Better yet, easy to take with you anywhere given its size and plug and play installation.

I purchased Google's Chromecast to stream NetFlix from my iPhone and iPad to my Smart TV. As long as you have a free HDMI port in the back of your TV you can stream from your iPhone, iPad, or internet (and your computer) to your television through the Chromecast (using WIFI).

The price was excellent and enjoy streaming content from my iphone to the TV through the google comcrast app.

We're starting to use Chromecast to display our internal company dashboard. It's so much more affordable than previous options we've used.

I have to say I've not really used it. I thought it allowed you to watch whatever media from your phone, tablet, computer, whatever. I hate Google Chrome as a browser, don't want to use it. I'd rather use a15ft HDMI to micro HDMI cable and plug my tablet or laptop in, use my TV as the screen for ANYTHING

Google Chromecast is fast and easy to setup and use. Always works, and many applications are adding cast options all the time. The best way to share stuff from your phone or tablet to a TV. It does require a USB charger to work if your TV does not provide a powered USB port.

App makes using this device easy. I used it to display my phone apps at a meeting. Worked great!

We put one on every TV and it eliminates the need to run a cable. We love it although occasionally we get freeze ups and have to restart.

I found out about this via my sister-in-law. She showed me how it works on her android phone and it worked seemlessly without anything to do but press the cast button within the browser. The same can not be said of iPhone's. I had to download an app [TV Cast (C)] in order for it to work properly. Otherwise a good way to watch internet videos on your tv at home or on the go.

Perfect addition to kids room or guest room. Save money on cable bill and limit kids screen time. Chromecast turns their devices into smart remotes and turns tv into personal viewing screen. From Netflix to YouTube, kids love it and it's very easy to use. Plus Google gives away free movie rentals.
