It's easy to setup and very easy to use. The only issue is your home network bandwidth. If you have several people on your home network the connection can be a bit spotty. Other than that it is a great purchase with great customer service.

It works flawlessly

Brought it home, hooked it up and it worked without a hitch. I highly recommend the product as an inexpensive way to share streaming content from YouTube, etc. with your family.

Excellent device

I like that I can research Netflix and Amazon movies or shows, and then hit the Cast button to make it appear on my TV. I haven't tried it yet, but understand I can "cast" spreadsheets and other programs.

Great Item for different uses

Very reliable product as well.

Does what you expect it to do

If you know anything about streaming services, you know what the Chromecast does. Not many complaints. It does have some errors now and then with difficulty connecting the laptop to the streaming device (it can't "find" the device sometimes. Happens about 1/25 times but eventually gets fixed)

All I got to say I was surprised how well this device works with your phone and TV. Casting a video doesn't take long (~3-5 sec) and quality is amazing. Since you carry your phone around, you'll never lose your controller (phone).
