    I purchased the Chromecast based on some previous experience with an earlier generation of the product. Brought it home, hooked it up and it worked without a hitch. I highly recommend the product as an inexpensive way to share streaming content from YouTube, etc. with your family.

    I have used Chromecast extensively: Cast videos and photos from my phone, project work presentation, cast music, play games, etc. This fellow is useful if you need to move it around the house, taken that is pretty light and small. Very reliable product as well.

    I love this - wish I would have bought one years ago. I like that I can research Netflix and Amazon movies or shows, and then hit the Cast button to make it appear on my TV. I haven't tried it yet, but understand I can "cast" spreadsheets and other programs.

    Got this item for free when getting the Pixel. All I got to say I was surprised how well this device works with your phone and TV. Casting a video doesn't take long (~3-5 sec) and quality is amazing. Since you carry your phone around, you'll never lose your controller (phone).
