Works well, strong connection to my WI-FI. Don't have any issues casting contents.

The old version gadget was too broad, difficult to fit into the HDMI port if there is another port next to it which also has something plugged into it. This version eliminates that issue. Easy to install. The only disappointment is that it does not cast from a mobile phone.

This product stream very well and is easy to setup/use.

Best deal and watching television with your phone or laptop at this date and time.

Highly recommend Chromecast for any household. Everyone should have at least one.

Bought to take with me to hotels when traveling. Works well, sometimes I have to call the hotels IT dept to whitelist the device, or just spoof the chromecast's MAC id with my macbook's to get past captive portals as most hotels seem to have them.

It's doesn't always connect to my device or it doesn't give me the option to at times.

Now I have a Chromecast on each TV that we own. I even own a spare to take with when I travel.

My family really enjoys this. We can sync up any device and watch anything we want on our tv.

This is my second Chromecast with the first being the previous version. The latest version is a definite upgrade that I would recommend.

Casting anything from your device to tv is definitely fun and useful at al time. Just love it.

I set this up for a friend who wanted to watch YouTube playlists on her TV. It's been streaming daily from her computer for almost three months now and hasn't had a hiccup yet! Pretty easy to install and makes it much more enjoyable to watch from the living room.

This works just as expected and the set up was easy for someone that is technology challenged.

I have a smart TV, but this was a good addition, easier to share any laptop screen via chrome.

Chromecast is a must have for any tech minded person. There are plenty of options, but Google takes the hassle out of it. This is my 3rd personal Chromecast and I have gifted 5 to friends and family... they love it. My brother in law uses it for all of his tailgating.

I have been using the Chromecast for about 2 months now and have been very pleased so far. I previously used the Samsung smart mirroring app and noticed voices would sometimes get out of sync from the video. The Chromecast has not had this problem. Another problem I noticed is that apps on my Smart TV take a very long time to load after powering the TV on. However, this device and its apps are ready to use immediately after turning on the TV. Pros Instantly ready to use (no loading lag time) Can connect to Google Home No problems with voice/picture syncing Great price Cons No 4K streaming or HDR support No Ethernet port I recommend this streaming device, even over the Chromecast Ultra. I do not own a 4K TV with/without HDR support and therefore have no need for the Chromecast Ultra. If there was not such a price difference between these two devices, I might have purchased the Chromecast Ultra.

This is a great product. We get lots of use from this device. I have not run into any issues.

This is more usefull for casting my phone apps which is not available in smart tv
