    You have to use your phone to use it, if you are not tech savvy then it's a little hard to use.

    This product, and casting as a concept, are terrific. It allows you to easy project programs from your smartphone to a TV quickly and easily. I hope more apps support casting- it will make the Chromecast even more valuable.

    This device is very simple, but it does work as advertised. It has issues when you pause/resume content -- I tried streaming from multiple platforms & experienced the same issue. Another annoyance... it plays the first 10-15 seconds of content in very low quality. I would personally prefer that it buffer longer, then play full quality content.

    I had great service and input from the associate at the store and this product could not have been easier to set up and use. The only disappointment, and I guess it shouldn't have surprised me, is that I can't stream from Amazon.

    I love being able to watch shows and videos on my TV versus watching it on my phone. It is much better on the eyes! It also makes me feel like I have cable and not just internet only. I purchased one for my sisters home. They love it!

    Connected the Chromecast to my Samsung TV and my Google Home Mini. I love that I can just say "OK Google play Stranger Things on Netflix" and my TV turns on Netflix. At this point I can't specify a certain episode (it just picks up playing where I left off) but I still like it.

    The new Chromecast is dual band, I try to stay on the 5Ghz AC band for faster transfers. It's also seems to be a faster device outright. I tossed the older unit in my bag for traveling. Older non smart TV's become smart and now faster.
