I picked this unit up because it was on sale and I wanted to stream an app from my android phone that didn't have a roku channel. The chromecast just works, no problems.

For quickly launching Netflix or YouTube, etc. this is all you need. Quick and easy to set up. More expensive versions aren't necessary. This is my 3rd purchase of this item for multiple tvs.

I bought Chromecast because I don't have cable in my basement. I do have Netflix on my phone. Chromecast allows me to stream most media from my phone to my TV. It works great. Worth every cent.

I got this originally because I travel to hotels and wished to put what I watched to the Tv. I use it almost every day now at home when I travel where ever I go. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I got this so I could say bye, bye to Comcast. It works great and you can pair with your cell phone and use your cell phones internet hot spot. A great option of you have an unlimited data plan.

I bought mine as a gift to my dad. Ever since I gave him an extra tv for his house, he is always in the back bed room watching over air TV. So I figured he could watch all his shows he watches on dish plus Netflix in the room. So far he seems satisfied.

It is a good device to have a connection from any app with cast capabilities from your smartphone or tablet, or even from your computer. It is a good option for those no smart TVs.

It is small which is good for me. It is helpful when it need to use the phone to watch what you want. I hope Google will fine way to make possible to cast from phone chrome.

this is my first time buying chromecast and was waiting to get best price .wait was worth.works great and can stream my favorite shows,pics,movies from my phone.easy to setup and use

I didn't pick up the 4K version because I do not have a 4K TV. This thing works great! I am glad it uses a 5Ghz ans the old one that broke did not! Worth every penny and streams at 1080P!!

This Chromecast is definitely faster than the old one I lost. Definitely better in terms of integration with my Google account and at $25, you can't really argue with the price- value equation.

I am an average, maybe slightly above average, smart-phone user. This is a nice way to share a phone's content using a TV with an extra HDMI connection. Installation and set-up was relatively easy.

i bought this google cast unit for my 55 inch non smart tv and works wonderfully. my tv is now smarter than ever and application with-in are Great!! I would recommend this product .

This product didn't work for me but the service in the store was great!

I love the ability to "cast" to my TV. My only gripe is that the connection can drop, delay or skip. It can be frustrating when you are really into a movie and the picture starts to freeze and audio doesn't sync. Still a pretty cool device for the most part.

I am a senior and this was pretty easy to install and download. It takes one hookup to the back of your tv. The instructions are simple and I`m enjoying streaming from my computer.

It’s awesome! Definitely eliminated a smart tv! I didn’t want to spend so much on a smart TV to watch Netflix but now that this is purchased I can stream from my phone, and tablet!

I do love my chromecast but I wish it streamed better on other channels like xfinity. Don't get me wrong it still does a good job but can tend to disconnect after one show or slow down. It works best with Netflix and ive never had a problem with that site.

My husband and I use this device to cast shows and movies from our phones onto our TV and we recently went on vacation where we got to take it with us to watch movies too. It is wonderful!

It was easy to connect to the TV and set up. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. We bought it to use with Hulu. Casting is easy enough that our 10 year old uses it with no problems.
