I like the idea the I can stream shows from my iPad to the tv. But I wish more apps would have that option. But a great device that works the way it supposed to.

I can clearly see the difference between the 1st gen Chromecast and this one in terms of performance. And the change of having the HDMI cable separate also makes it much easier for any TV mount up on the wall, with HDMI port in the back

Had an older flat screen TV, a non-smart TV, but with this I can stream almost anything from my phone, tablet or lap top, able to get a few more years out of this TV

I have one smart tv and one not so smart tv. The chrome cast is a great tool to watch shows that are available on my tablet or phone but not on tv. It's great when I travel also

Seems to be fine. I thinking is worth buying and seeing what you think.

I already got one it was good so I decided to get another one

After buying a new TV and moving our old one to another room, instead of adding a second cable hookup for the old one, we just use the Google chromecast. Works great.

Google keeps on bringing it with its latest Chromecast. Effortless streaming to any television in your home via hdmi. Watch all your favorite shows and stream from multiple devices.

Looking to get unplugged and this is a good cheap option to cast Netflix/Youtube/etc onto my TV from my phone. Quality is as good as expected with fairly easy setup and no lag.

This google chromecast is perfect to update your regular TV to a smart TV in a couple of minutes, easy to use and very practical. Excellent price/quality ratio

Just had to plug it in to the TV and connecting to my phone just took a few more seconds. Simple and easy to use. Only downside is it has no remote. So had to switch to Roku which was almost the same price but came with a remote.

Simple to set up with clear concise directions. No problems with connectivity. Much more reliable than our smart blu-ray player. Couldn't be happier, wish I had bought it sooner.

Enjoy a world of entertainment with Google Chromecast.. You can stream your favorite apps. connect to your HDTV's HDMI interface and your home Wi-Fi network to get started.

I purchased the Chromecast so I could stream movies to my TV. It was very easy to set up and really easy to start streaming movies from Netflix. Great value for the price.

I use it to watch movies via Netflix instead of phone tablet or laptop

I have wanted to try the Chrome cast and am glad I picked one up. I didn't think I would have much used for one until I tried it, finding that I am using it more than I thought!

This chromecast does so good that we bought 2 (one for each tv). We are able to cast shows from our phone/tablets via an app and watch them on tv. Great purchase!

when I moved from an Iphone back to the Android Pixel XL I needed a way to throw youtube content and other content from my phone to my TV. This was a great solution. And cheap!

Had no problem setting it up, no buffering in videos. Looks good, but I don't love that the new design makes it hang of the HDMI port.

Product reached on time and functioning well. No worries yet
