Actually purchased 2 of these one for my Son's house and one for mine. They both work great. Nice to be able to stream movies when wanted.

It worked right out of the box, just by following the simple instructions on TV. This version is more stable and faster than its predecessors. Looks great!!

I wasn't sure about which one of these to get, but ended up reading the reviews and choosing Chromecast. Easy to use, and my wife can easily use it as well.

Chromecast is very good for enjoy for example, YouTube, Livestrean, etc. I would recommend this product to a family and friends. Is very easy for conect to TV, and it work for me cellular phone and tablets.

Did not think I needed this but with the voice feature it makes watching Netflix effortless! Just ask and you receive! Very easy to use and setup.

Chromecast is the perfect tool for when you "cut the cable cord" My household uses 4 streaming services, and ChromeCast works with ease & simplicity.

The second generation of the Chromecast was easier to set up and seems to handle my wi-fi network better, even if I use the 5G. Excellent option for the money!!

If you had the first model Chromecast, this one will do you so much better. Those new to these can see how easy it is to put into use. 1. Plug 2. Pair with WiFi network(s) 3. Update firmware automatically 4. Get acquainted with your new favorite toy Google Home app works with this device to let you manage these devices in such a way so that you can change the idle screen slideshow from using random Google photos off the web to, to specific things, even a folder off of your own Google Photos folder, (you know the folder, the one full of anime screenshots & memes.)

I had a previous version of this product that was appropriated by my daughter. This newer version seemed even easier to set up, both in hardware and software.

Purchased this on Black Friday weekend along with a Google Home for my college dorm. After linking both to my account on the Google Home app, I can use the Google Home to play videos, music, etc on the projector. Definitely worth it! I like that I don't have to be on the same wifi network as the device to control it from the google assistant. Disclaimer for college students: Make sure these are supported on your campus if getting one for your dorm! My IT department doesn't support them and I had to find a roundabout way to get it working myself.

We bought for our non-smart TV to watch Netflix. It worked great. Installation process was pretty easy, and you can control through a smart phone app.

I can’t believe I waited this long to get it. I can watch so many things on tv. I highly recommend it makes streaming so easy.

I dont like that there is no remote, however you can use your andriod phone as the remote. You can mirror youtube and anyone from your phone to tv screen

I love Google Chrome just for the simple fact that you can cast from my cpu and still watch a movie while still using the cpu normally without interruption.

I hadn't read much before trying this chrome cast device so I was surprised it requires power and uses a hdmi port- I was expecting it to be usb and draw power from the tv. I had trouble connecting initially and trying to cast videos on websites occasionally didn't work.

I like the chromecast. It has definitely improved the ability to cast videos that do not have chromecast app, so that's a plus. I have seen some issues casting certain apps, but overall the thing is pretty stable.

I have a smart TV, but it has limited internet capabilities, so I bought this item. I plugged it in, I downloaded the app on my cell phone and was up and surfing the internet is just a few minutes. If you've got a fast internet connection you'll love this product. My only complaint, is that only one person / cell phone at a time can control the application. If you're playing music videos with some friends, for example, only one person at a time can access the app. You have to log out of the app first, then someone else can log in on their cell phone and surf the internet.

I was skeptical about this Chromecast device. After purchasing one, I went back and purchased one for each TV. Nice to actually use my phone as a remote... Plus being able to cast my phone to the TV is cool.

Bought so many Chromecast devices and have it all over my house TVs. I also carry one with me whenever I travel. Definitely recommend everyone to get it!!
