    We had bought a smart tv but it did not have the option of downloading Hulu or amazon so we bought this gem. It has paid for itself!!! Easy to install and beautiful scenery for the screen saver.

    This little device has saved our household money. We can use Amazon Prime, Netflix or Google play movies, anything that can be cast. We didn't have to get an expensive smart TV either.

    i love chromecast! I dont even need cable. With this i can stream music, videos and even like webpages to my screen from my laptop, phone or tablet. :)

    I purchased this to stream YouTube TV (it's required!). I already have an Amazon Fire Stick and, after reading the reviews, figured this was like that. It is not. This device, from what I can tell, is strictly for streaming services from my phone, iPad or tablet to my TV. Only 4 preloaded apps that do not included Hulu, Netflix or Prime. I am disappointed, as I would prefer to have the apps preloaded on the device, same as the Amazon Fire Stick. If you are not streaming YouTube TV, i would go with the Amazon Fire Stick, as I feel it is a much better device.

    the chromecast makes streaming very easy. also the mirror cast feature allows you to cast what you are watching on your phone or tablet to your tv.

    I have a smart tv and some that are not and I find netflix works better using chromecast than on my smart tv!! Easier control from my phone or ipad

    All my TV's have one. easy setup and recommend this for all TV's for a cheap source to stream. I carry it with me to Hotels to stream movies/etc...
