This is a replacement to the 1st generation chromecast that was released by Google. Everything works much smooth and there is absolutely no buffering when using a 5ghz network.

I bought it on Black Friday with $20. With this item, I can make my old TV become smarter. It works good with Youtube, but I am not statisfy when working with video from other websites. However, I'm still love it

Literally the only thing I use this for is to screen cast and it works perfectly. I love being able to throw up a YouTube video or any other media up on the tv.

Having never had a need for something like this due to smart tv's and xbox consoles, the closest thing that I had used was my parents roku. This works way better than the roku does, faster, easier to browse and use, better image quality in my opinion. The only downside that it has is that there is not a remote, so if you can't use your smartphone, laptop, etc, you can't change what the chromecast is casting.

I really like this, I find not only is in great for sending fun things to the TV, I can also put some of the videos I watch for my classes on the TV so I can take notes easier.

I bought this after having a Sony media player and its much better than that. It's faster and smoother. I just wish there was an option with a real remote and a way to listen with headphones but at this price its defiantly worth it.

Chrome cast is really easy to use and has great quality. Also like how its small in size.

Even though I knew no big difference from the first generation, I still pulled the trigger to buy this from Best Buy. No disappointment. Easy set up, never dropped connections.

Great product to use with any mobile device to stream music and videos to your TV. I've used the 1st Gen Chromecast and now this one and both work perfectly. Love this product.

This is our 2nd Chromecast in the house. We use it to watch Netflix, Hulu and Plex. My router is downstairs and this Chromecast is upstairs and I have no issues with buffering.

The Google chromecast is a great streaming device for someone who just wants something that's easy to hookup and easy to use. You literally just plug it in and it's good to go.

Perfect product. Can connect from mobile, laptop, any can stream continuous. East to connect and the set up is smooth with the guide provided. Really loving it

I was contemplating getting chromecast/roku/firestick finally went with chromecast based on feedback from friends and I must say I am impressed with it so far.

Great for watching Netflix or espn3 . Makes any tv a smart tv. Very easy to connect. Use it much more than I thought I would. I need to buy three more to have one on each tv.

This is a great media streaming device at a good price. It becomes even better when paired with a Google Home since you can control everything with your voice.

The new chromecast works just as well as the previous generation's device did with the "standard" faster, more reliable upgrades. At the price point, I would highly recommend.

No longer do I need to get up and go put a cd/dvd in to play thru the stereo. Can run the show right from the comfort of my couch using my phone or laptop. Can't bet the price.

I have 3 chromecast on 3 different TV's located throughout the house. All 3 pick up the WiFi Signal very well and stream moves and YouTube very well. I'm very happy with them.

This product works great. It is faster than the older version when it loads netflix, etc. The package is very good and the installation and configuration is simple than always.
