    I upgraded from the gen 1 chromecast and have noticed a huge upgrade in speed and the 5ghz ac WiFi makes the constant buffering a thing of the past.

    The new cable between the HDMI input and the Puck portion just makes the system more durable. Great upgrade. And still only $35.

    Easy to use and set up, although sometimes it drops the connection. Very very rarely, it has to restart. This is for casting to the TV, not for searching for videos on apps
