Works almost like advertised

It's a bit blocked by the TV itself. Mine didn't come with the extension I've heard about. I have an older android moto 3 phone. Netflix works on that but it won't cast you tube too well or pics from the phone. I know it's as much the phone's fault but keep it in mind if you expect chromecast to cast like it does in the commercials. Works a bit better with a new chromebook but still depends on the strength of the signal at the time.

Great way to watch video

Chromecast is becoming a standard for watching video on a TV. There are many Chromecast enabled apps and the Chromium web browser has casting capabilities built-in. Best yet, Chromeast enabled apps are available for IPhones too. It integrates perfectly with my Google Home devices so that I can control the Chromecast with voice commands.
