The best part is its ability to sync with multiple Chromecast Audio so you can support multi-room audio with either sync'd output or individual output. The only negative is that the degree of support by various music services is not 100%. For example, for free accounts of YouTube Music, it will not cast.

Great, cheap streaming device.

The first one lasted for years before we left it behind. Both the old and new one have been inexpensive, no-fuss, reliable streaming devices. They take about five minutes to set up on your wifi and after that you can cast from your phone.
