Great hdmi replacement

Make sure to have fast internet and good connect to have the best experience! It will only stream from certain entertainment companies though so make sure to check before you buy.

Transitioning to iPhone control

With the Google Home app on our phones, we now all have control of volume and program selection, so this is a terrific upgrade in accessibility.

Perfect for my needs

Easy setup to my wifi. Works from my phone or laptop. This was better than running a cable thru the walls of my house.

Improved From Previous Version

It does seem that this version has improved wifi reception. The video quality seems to have improved as well. Not sure I would replace all of our existing units but will for primary tv's

Allowed me to watch streaming video in antique TVs

I am impressed with this device which I can carry with me when I travel. I coukld stream my phone on the TV. The only negative is that I could not stream 4K.

It so easy with our 2 little ones to just say hey google play this on this tv, or play this song, or call this person. It has been so helpful for us moving forward into parenthood.

Worked well for me

Works well, just a word of caution it does need it's own power supply which is included, I just thought based on advertising that it ran off power via hdmi
