Great for Casting!

Can't beat the functionality for the price.

Better than firestick

I already had one Chromecast that worked flawlessly. So I purchased another. It too is working when the firestick wouldn't.

Upgraded to 1080p and loving it.

I didn't think upgrading to the newer version (720p to 1080p) would be worth it for the 40" TV in the spare bedroom. But I decided to try it. I wish I had upgraded sooner.

I bought it so I can cast it on the TV and it work perfectly now other can see what I'm seeing . O yeah also you can watch Netflix on it but now days what device that you can't watch Netflix on anyway.

Awesome streamer

Hooked up to my stereo and it is better then going to the movies. From my couch what ever is on my phone or tablet mirrors or casts to the tv. This is my 2nd chromecast in the house. Love it

can't tell a big difference
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave my old Chromecast to a friend and got this new one expecting a bit more from it and I truly just can't tell the difference other than I get more wallpapers when not playing. I wished I could connect it to my Google audio I have in the house. I can't seem to get the sound to go through them from my Google Chromecast on the TV.

When it works it's great

Seems like I have to shut down my phone and restart it every single time I want to connect something. Very annoying. But when I'm able to share my phone screen to watch Instagram Live it's great!!
