buying only because my phone has no Miracast

Only a limited number of Apps supports Chromecast. Since most new TVs either already has Chromecast or supports Miracast, Or it already has your favorite streaming App built-in. This device is really not necessary for most people. The lack of standalone interface really limits the usability of this device. The biggest problem for me is my Motorola phone also failed to discover the Chromecast from time to time.
