You can stream almost anything including You Tube. I have purchased at least 10 of these as gifts and everyone likes and uses them to stream music and video. It makes a basic TV with a HDMI port into a smart TV.

Makes my life easier. I have a not so smart tv that my phone refused to cast to. So getting the chrome cast fixed all of my problems.. Easy to see up, easy to use!

I had never used anything like this but have found it most helpful and easy to use for taking various things from my cell phone to our smart TV and I recommend it highly for other people

This was a lifesaver. I bought a new Samsung Series 8 65"...and the Samsung app and casting software SUCKS. This device you just plug in... and everything works automatically and seamlessly.

Bought this to replace my 1st generation chromecast. I was occasionally getting delay and problems with smooth play. This new model solved the problem. Nothing fancy about it, just does it's job.

Needed something that would accentuate my class project and I used my phone and this bad boy to do it...got an A+!!!! #awwyeaahhhh Oh, you gotta make sure you have internet access or it wont work. Make sure you have an updated TV or at least a smart TV, and there's an app that goes with this too.

Does it job to cast apps to TV in 4K. I've seen the newer chromecast and why pay extra for a remote? Phone does everything + you won't lose it as easily like those tiny roku remotes

I had the old chromecast and then got this version. I like this version way better as connects better than last generation. Easier to set up. Power throughs usb as well so that is helpful.

Google Chromecast is perfect for streaming media to my TV. Makes it so much easier to watch and share movies, videos, and even my desktop! Very easy to install and get started.

We just purchased a brand new 5th wheel and on those cozy nights after a long day camping, a movie is a must! This made Netflix and Hulu so much easier, i love that you can cast

Helpful for making my dumb tv smart. Allows me to broadcast from my phone to tv. Requires wifi connection (didn't work at our cabin, for instance where we didnt have internet or a wifi router).

We really like using this device on our TV. I was surprised how easy it was to set up and very little configuration. It's way to switch to it from other channels and the interface in my phone is simple and straightforward.

It is always a delight to purchase something that does exactly what it says on the label. The Google Chromecast enables us to cast images and videos straight from our phones and laptops to the TV. We have YouTube built into our TV but searching for something with the remote is tedious. With the Chromecast it is simple to find something on our phones or laptops and then sit back and enjoy it on the big screen with decent sound. During the lockdown we have been watching lots of programmes from YouTube including the weekly National Theatre presentations. Thanks to the Chromecast is a real pleasure to see the broadcasts on a big screen and listen in big sound.

This thing is great. I got it to cast peacock to my tv since the app apparently isn’t working right. It does exactly what I need it to do. No issues so far and the setup was very easy

Very easy to use, aside from having to go to all the apps individually on your phone. I like that I can leave my house and whatever is on continues without my phone being near. Its a tad bit slow when casting a browser from a computer, however it could very possibly be my internet.

When traveling I find that I have difficulty casting to the local TV but there is WiFi. I use this to connect and cast to different TVs when traveling so that I can still cast my apps.

Only got this to connect the Oculus Quest to the TV. Works great super easy to setup. Not really interested in the other features since I have Xfinity and the TV box already has those features anyway.

Love this thing so much. It’s inexpensive and easy to install on your tv. If you have Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max or whatever, this is the thing for you

Satellite will be out for a little while since we got a new roof so I picked this up online. It works most of the time, occasionally a little buggy but can't guarantee that's not the fault of the streams themselves. Occasionally isn't available to connect to so I have to reboot it.
