Easy setup, need decent wifi, setup is exact to manual.

Great alternative to montly cable box, quality service

I gave my old Chromecast to a friend and got this new one expecting a bit more from it and I truly just can't tell the difference other than I get more wallpapers when not playing. I wished I could connect it to my Google audio I have in the house. I can't seem to get the sound to go through them from my Google Chromecast on the TV.

All of my TV's, soundbars, and speakers throughout house run on chromecast for syncing convenience. Use with audio extractor or rca converter to add wireless functionality to my personally built speakers.

Very cool device that brings a lot of connectivity to your TV with an HDMI port. I use it to wirelessly stream website video to my Samsung TV. It is also great for business purposes like presentations or general screen sharing.

Seamless integration with google products. I buy these all the time as gifts for people. Most dont know you can mirror your phone/chrome screen to the chromecast, which really broadens the use cases.

I have an older Smart Samsung that wouldn’t screen share. This was the best $20 I’ve ever spent to fix my situation. I now watch just about all my streaming on there.

Good to cast phone on older tv(nonsmart but still usable). Got it for my mom as she has a good older tv that is not smart tv. Hoping to use it on my outdoor projector.

Great for Steaming from my vr headset to the tv. only issue is the slight lag but thats not more than likely my internet settings and my quest not the chromecast!

So as long as you have a good WiFi connection, product works great. I can show students what I am doing on my laptop, and they view it on the tv. TV picture is brighter than a projected image. But you do need a good wifi connection.

I have purchased a total of 6 chromecast and chromecast audios to upgrade 3 TV's, two Bose Sounddocks and one old 70' s receiver. They work great as grouped speakers for audio and for steaming. My only problem has been slide shows of photos as photos are flipped. This could be the apps used but the this should have been better.

It does what it's supposed to however for those who bought with the idea of portability as frequent traveler, just be aware that you wont be able to bypass the Hotel's wifi Authentication process. I unfortunately had to use my hotspot to be able to mirror things into it. No big deal, but still sucks.

Handy way to stream Netflix from cell phone to our tv

For real I only bought this to stream hbo max and peacock to my Roku tv. Love my Roku tv and it works great but those small selection of apps it doesn’t have this is a good option to be able to watch them.
