It works just fine with my Samsung Galaxy Android phone giving me both picture and sound.

Posted .Hi unclerichi, thanks for sharing a review to let us know that you’re having an issue casting from your sister’s iPhone to your TV over Chromecast.
Some cast-enabled apps may request location permissions and may not be able to cast if location permissions are not granted. We suggest trying the following steps that may clear this issue out:
- Make sure that the iPhone is updated with the latest iOS version.
- Check if the Home app is up to date.
- Make sure the mobile device you are using to cast is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.
- Open a Chromecast-enabled app.
- If it requires location permissions, tap Yes.
- In the Chromecast-enabled app, tap the Cast button Inactive cast extension.
- The Cast button isn't located in the same place on all Chromecast-enabled apps.
- Tap the device you'd like to cast to.

You really need to stick to one or the other if you are looking to build a seamless, and cohesively connected smart home.

No issues dropping the stream but beware there’s a slight delay (of course). I maybe should have went with the 4K model because the picture is so-so on my 4K TV.
