Causes problems with my LG OLED TV

But for whatever reason it causes my LG OLED TV ARC function to hiccup when using Netflix or Amazon prime video. I am running Onkyo 9.2 avr. Took me a while to figure it out. Firmware is all up to date in my devices. I have to constantly unplug when using Netflix or Amazon. Also wished it had a remote so I did not have to use my phone all the time.
