Worked, then failed, now works. Waiting to see...

Setup was fairly straight forward (I had to have it search for the Chrome Cast device twice to finally set everything up). Once setup it worked great and my daughter (iPhone 7) and I (Samsung S7) were able to connect and control it with our phones. Netflix, YouTube, etc. (any Chrome Cast enabled app) worked fine. Added bonus for me was that I could cast my Galaxy S7 phone (something not supported for iPhones -- what's up with that?). After a couple of weeks or so it suddenly stopped working for both me and my daughter. After a couple of hours of troubleshooting I finally got it to work again (yesterday) and so far it's working again for us both. I had to unplug the device's power cord, reboot and then hit the reset switch for 15 seconds. Went through all the setup steps for the device again. I had done this previously and although my phone would connect to the device to set it up, after getting setup my phone would not be able to find it and connect again (even though it just had connected). Very frustrating! Now I'm waiting to see if it will stop again. If you're not the patient trouble-shooting type you may want to reconsider this purchase. When it works it's great! When this sort of thing happens it really sucks. My $0.02.
