Instead of paying a monthly cable bill I use Chromecast to watch Hulu.I pay a small monthly fee to watch commercial free programs on demand with Chromecast plugged into my tv.It is nice!

Purchased it for my flat screen TV and like the way you control it with your phone and how it integrates with your Google account. I highly recommend it.

The reason I went with Ultra over regular chromecast is the fast loading of Apps.. I see the notable differences compared to any other streaming devices.. best feature is CAST from chrome browser..

Great product, I just got another one for myself. It uses the clever hack to connect directly to the HDMI socket, bypassing pretty much everything.

From installation all the way to casting from my Android tablet, Android phone, everything works like I hoped it would. I am completely satisfied and recommend to friends and family.

I love it. It can also travel to use on other TVs pretty easily, you do need WiFi though. I also wish google got along with amazon and Apple so this would work on those products as well but over all I love the google stuff

Purchased the product for streaming. I did not realize that the product required a connection to a device for streaming purposes. I typically use my phone to stream to the Chromecast without any issues.

If you do not have a smart TV this is great. If you have google home and a smart TV like me, just good. It does play music on your TV and the best is looking at photos and videos from your phone. The cost is reasonable for what you get.

This is a great alternative to smart TVs especially for people who are in a budget. If you have a "non-smart" TV, you should get this to maximize your television experience.

Faster than the og cast obviously only thing i dont like is you cant tell when youtube vids are in 4k bc you cant check the analytics on the videos like you can on my youtube app on my samsung 4k tv

I really like how this is available for Android users and when I need to stream something seamlessly I just click the cast button and it's right on my TV awesome.

The product arrived sooner than expected and works great. I can stream videos from my devices directly to the TV and I am saving a lot of money with this product. I am totally satisfied.

Ask any Google device via voice to cast cameras, doorbells, YouTube, music, etc to any of your TVs with the product hanging off an hdmi port. Simply works as advertised.

This Chromecast works awesome and has never failed me with trying to get something on the TV. Nearly everything that gets sent to the Chromeast looks fantastic and looks super high resolution!

I live in a 3 story building and the internet router is in the livingroom on the first floor. My TV is on the 3rd floor and Chromecast is able to stream 4K movies with low signal. Impressive!

Perfect for IOS or Android. Mirroring and streaming have always been easy and pretty straightforward. Will say there are many more apps and uses for android but I would consider those extra!

If you don't use a streaming box (Roku) then the Chromecast Ultra is a essential device. But in the end it is really a glorified casting device and if you don't cast a lot of HDR video or images then it probably is not going to be of much use.

it's good for streaming from a device, but not built in apps. I don't have a google phone but I do have a chromebook laptop. I honestly prefer the apple tv and amazon fire tv.

This media player plays YouTube, ESPN etc pretty well and fast, but the problem is you have to use your cell phone to browse and control all the time. It’s so annoying. If you want one, just buy the cheaper version and it’s half price.
