Google Plus Chromecast seems to work fine. I usually just use it to cast Netflix from my laptop to the television, so it is probably capable of much more.

It was a great addition to a TV without steaming capabilities! Perfect for streaming Netflix and YouTube straight to the TV.

Recomend this 100%. Its awesome because I have the worst TV provider ever. Will cancel that soon. But in other words its 100% awesome.

Purchased this product because we have a new 4k TV. Playback occasionally skips and pauses too much for our liking. Could not tell the difference in quality from this model and the previous model.

Excellent tool for broadcasting charts and schedules to large screens. With the added RJ45 connection it can even be used in locations where the Wi-Fi is spotty.

This Chromecast device does a very nice job. It is better than the Chromecast audio devices, which seem to constantly have network connectivity issues. The Ultra is dependable and good at doing it's job.

I honestly do not notice that much of a difference between the regular and the ultra, yes I have a 4K ultra tv. If I were to buy again I would probably stick to the regular model for half the price.

Needed it for my Att Now subscription. It's the only device right now that can cast to your tv with that service. Works great.

I really liked the Chromecast, but FireTV is where it is at! Don't skimp, get the most expensive FireTv you can find, you'll thank me later.

The UHD was skipping in netflix until we updated the firmware on the Sony TV. If your sound system has firmware be sure to update that too. Other than that it works as well as a regular chromecast.

I have had an Apple TV for years and this is a great alternative as long as you are not steeped into lots of iTunes purchases. I find that this offers much of the same that Apple does is way cheaper.

Google Chromecast is awesome and definitely the best streaming device. I love that i can use my phone as a remote to stream any application.

This works as described. Bought for my daughter going away to school. She is able to stream everything through this device.

I just moved, and my TV isn't "smart," this has been a pain in the ___, But once I hooked the chromecast wires & installed the apps, it was like I never moved

Cant say enough about how convenient these are. Although the networks are cracking down and not allowing streaming, this is still the best way to cut the cord
