I can basically take this wherever and watch all my media from my phone or computer. Best to use and Android device to cast to this for obvious reasons; although handles my ipad real well.

It's a very useful and handy mini device.You can cast wide variety of media but sometimes it fails to cast. It gives an option to share your on album via google pictures.

This ultra chromecast was just what I was looking for . I really enjoy using it . A very easy hookup to play videos on big screen .

Setup can be complicated if your source and destination are not on the same WiFi sub-channel. After that, works exactly as expected. Not much to say since it is a simple device. JT

We purchased Google - Chromecast Ultra 4k Streaming Media Player to upgrade our streaming options, we love it!

This is bit slow though my home WiFi speed is 250mbps. And it is getting heated very quick , need a cooling mechanism in this hardware.

Bought to pair with Google home. Turns on TV automatically and plays netflix show I ask google home to play. Can easily share content from phone.

Chromecast works great when connecting my Samsung Galaxy S6 to my television. Not sure if better than original but was told it has 4K capability.

Great product. Upgraded from my old chromecast because I bought a 4k tv and I'm happy with the picture quality. Good selection of 4k content but still waiting on more.

It works well , but sometimes it automatically turn on at midnight, maybe need disconnect from my iPad!
