Hard to set up

Huge internet issues

Constantly disconnecting and displaying message that i need to reauthorize password. A real pain in the butt, had to resort to disconnecting the unit to keep it from messing up my internet.

stuttery, can't handle 4k well

Too difficult for me

It was a very clumsy way to configure a device like this. I would have kept it if I could configure it on the TV. That would require a wireless device such as a remote or mouse.

Works, but not worth it

Seems the programs get hung up and takes a few minutes to correct. (turning off phone and restarting the whole process) . In my opinion, if you have no other way to stream (XBOX, PS4, Smart TV, ect..) its a good choice and does work. I just don't think it was worth my time.

Terrible product and no liability

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 4k is a lie and caution when buying this product as to it may damage your tv like it did to my 75in 4k tv. Less than a month it caused my tv start having problems like making the tv to start turning off and the power light to flicker for a few seconds until finally your tv can no longer turn on and the power light to be constantly to flicker. Apparently it burned out the transformer in the tv and I thought it was just my TVs malfunctioning but no because I connected to another smaller TV while the other tv was being repaired by a technician and the that tv also was starting to have the same problems as the other TV

Had to visit Geek Squad to get it running.

Lousy Product

Marginal audio, even after trying various modifications on the TV audio. Sometimes stops and starts. Will continue to try to get this to work Bought a Roku product afterwards and it works great.
