I have reset and rebooted the device numerous times. I've done the setup a couple dozen times. I rebooted my router. At this point, I'm over it.

It requires a very strong signal to work correctly as well. I could not get it to update correctly in the house when all my other WiFi hardware worked fine. Not a fan...too bad I was hoping to replace apple TVs with Google products.

Tried all the troubleshooting methods. Nothing work. Just black screen. TV, wifi nor google home found the device. The device was hot. Took it back and got Apple TV 4K.

Sure it's a way to cast content off your phone but don't understand the hype. There are far better solutions out there. I never get 4K resolution with Netflix, barely 1080p and it has nothing to do with my internet connection because my other streamer devices give me full 4K resolutions.
