This is a Chromecast. If you now how to use them, they're one of the most versatile and useful things you've ever plugged into your TV. The newer 4K models are, bar none, the best they've come out with yet. I've purchased 3 of them for the TV's that actually have 4K ability, and if I get more, I'll get more, it's as simple as that.

Does everything it says it will. Communicates with Samsung Note 8 very easily and with no lag.

Very nice, recently used this when traveling to the Philippines and was able to watch Netflix. Does requa food internet connection though

I love this. Have an older smart TV that doesn't have D+. Simply plug this in and and your up and running. Love the ability to multitask while streaming a movie. You can turn off the screen on your phone while it continues to stream or you can read the news while it continues to stream.

Once set up the Chromecast ultra works uneventfully like an appliance. You load the google home software on your mobile device/laptop and pair it to the Chromecast. Many apps recognize Chromecast present on the mobile device and display a Chromecast icon in their upper right corner that you click to cast from your device to Chromecast. Two notable ones that did not at time of this writing were CNN and Xfinity streaming service.

This just works, works at home, works in hotel rooms with wifi sign in needed, etc. Much better than Amazon Fire--which really limits what I can cast easily--almost impossible to cast your internet screen from phone/tablet with Fire.

This is a great product for Android and Google Home users. If you're in the Apple ecosystem or heavily into Amazon/Alexa, you'd probably be served better by another product.

A simple streaming player. Does really well w/ PC to TV mirroring. You do need to have phone or tab as remote, which is not a big deal.

I bought this to control some of my TV with my voice via Google Home. Ita pretty easy to use via phone. We have PlayStation vue and it works without issue. You use the Vue guide on your phone, choose what you want to watch, tap cast and boom, right to your TV. With Google Home I can turn off the TV, tell it to pause and play, find YouTube videos, and since yesterday, play Netflix movies. Took off a star for no Amazon prime support

My wife and I were tired of watching videos on our iPhones, so we purchased the Google - Chromecast Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player. Setup was very easy and viewing those videos now on a large flat-panel LED SMART TV is fantastic. Great purchase! We are both extremely pleased with the results.
