I us this to cast You Tube documentaries and Spotify onto my television. Work easily and was very easy to install. I cannot get it to broadcast Xfinity from my Ipad to the tv, however, I just read that Roku will now do this so my problem is solved.

I love this product. Easy to setup, easy to use and easy to navigate through the menus and programs. The Chromcast is fast when connected to a good network and I have not noticed any buffering at 4k resolution. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

This is the third one of these I've purchased, including the original model before Ultra was even offered. Each update brings a better, more reliable stream. This one is even better than the Ultra I bought just a year ago.

I bought the ultra because i have a room with bad wi-fi and wanted to use ethernet. But I didn't realize that casting requires the mobile device to have a good wifi connection also, so the ethernet-to-chromcast part wasnt helping at all. Also, some apps won't cast properly. For example, on the iphone, casting spotify to chromecast is a multistep procedure.

Saving tons. Works great and using YouTube Tv. I get all the channels

This is one of my favorite smart devices in my house. I have one connected to every TV in the home and also at work. I love to cast to these devices as they are truly a quick and easy solution. I would recommend this device to anyone.

There is no problem or whatsoever with the product. The only thing that I wasn’t too fond of was that there isn’t too much 4K content yet. But it’s an investment and good to go as 4K contents will be much more accessible

I would highly recommend that you opt for this Chromecast if you have a 4k TV+ set, it is a pretty significant upgrade over there the 2015 model. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Do it!

I just plugged it in, followed the instructions, and was up and running in no time. Picture quality has been good, no complaints. I especially like that the Chromecast Ultra supports Ethernet, which gives this a boost over the regular Chromecast.

This little puck far exceeded my expectations. Using this to stream 4K video through my Oppo Blu Ray to my 4K projector. Amazing video quality! It's worth the extra bucks over regular Chromecast to get this if you care about video quality!

Can't say anything but, swipe to the cast signal, and Youtube, HBO, Netflix whatever will stream from your phone to your TV. Great easy device to start your home with for videos. Wife uses it for cooking recipes from Youtube as well.

This is literally the easiest tech item I've gotten so far. Just plug it into the tv and the wall and connect your phone to it. I haven't had any issues with playback or connecting to it.

This was a gift for my niece and she was very excited to receive it.

I had thought about Apple TV for the longest time, yet this product streams as well with as much clarity for 4K. It does everything at 1/3 price. Had it been available when I bought my 1st Chromecast, I would have bought it first.

This device is absolutely amazing and easy to use. I have liked this device with my Google Home and it seamlessly allows me to pull up videos online (YouTube, Netflix), music, and even my photos. Highly recommend this product!

I bought this simply for mirroring video from my PC. It works great.

This is different than the normal Google Chromecast and the additional 4K feature helps a lot in the streaming/casting of the high definition movies. Enjoying the enhanced overall picture quality with this product

If you got a 4K projector like me, odds are it doesn't come with smart apps (I still don't know why...). And my 4K player (disappointingly) doesn't have a lot of video app options, and the ones I do use regularly - Vudu, Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube - have a maximum resolution of Full HD, not 4K. I tested the 4K + HDR with "Marvel's Avengers", and I truly couldn't believe my eyes! I had seen 4K before, but on my projector via the Chromecast Ultra, the image looked real and the colors really popped! And I don't know how it is in other apps, but on Vudu, when streaming in 4K, the audio format is in Dolby Atmos, so you truly get the theater experience at home. So now, thanks to the Chromecast Ultra, I'm able to enjoy my movie library (750+ movies) in my 4K home theater.
