Works wonders with their App. I can stream from my iPhone or iPad to this device very easily. No remote is required because it's all app based. One less remote I have to hide from myself.

I have the old and the new version of chromecast . Newer version is definitely an upgrade over the older one .its pairs completely with ur 4k tv. Definite buy for people who cast stuff from their phones.

I have two of these at home and they work great for casting screens, or telling google home to play a youtube video. I use them at work for traveling meetings in hotel conference rooms. We plug it into the HDMI, connect it to our encrypted wspi travel router, and everyone can cast their screen. Well almost everyone, but not those with an iphone. IPad works, but not iphone. For that we run a reflector on a laptop, which the iphone casts too, and the reflector casts to chromecast. An apple-ism. Windows, Macs, Androids all cast fine. Otherwise, a nice device.

No complaints, from my son in law. This is what he wanted, he was not dissappointed.

Just got a new 4K tv and replaced the old Chromecast (1st generation) with this one... WOW! Great picture quality and better controls. Plus it was on special here at a great price.

I originally got this just because YouTube stopped working on my smart TV (vizio). However now I use it for everything! It's perfect if you use showbox (you just have to download a third party app to cast it).

I've been looking for something to 'cast my tablet to a monitor for display purposes. This works well for that task, but it has also worked with 'casting videos, and other tablet "adventures" to the big screen as well.

We love this product. it works great for our streaming services and also connects very well to our nest cameras. Very convenient to be able to control whats on your tv.

I bought two to have access to certain apps on my tvs and I was very impressed. I've known about chromecast but never had a chance to get it. Now that i have them, I feel like it should be a staple in most households.

With TVs now including casting and better competition out there, I don't use the Chromecast like I thought I would. It does what you would look for, but a lack of a remote really hurts it.

Grrreat! Had this for a couple of years now and it has changed the way we watch tv, for the better. Anything and everything off your phone you can put on your big screen, very cool.

I got this to play Google Stadia, and it works well for that, assuming your Internet service is solid. It's easy to set up and works well with either iPhone or Android.

Just connected last night. So interesting that this Chromecast Ultra can connect my smart phone to my smart TV and make me look "smart". We are enjoying its capabilities!

Its good, but works with compatible android/apple only. Affordable and good quality
