Chromecast in 4K, yes please!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded the rest of my system to 4k and the only thing remaining was the chromecast device, problem solved. Faster processing power, dedicated hardwire for network jack, and easy to pair function.

One thing I didn't like is that it is required to be plugged into an outlet based on the cords that came with it. This posed quite the eye sore as i have all of my other cables hidden within the wall and couldn't remedy that without taking the TV down and disconnecting all my wires moving furniture and re-running cords. The good news is it can be plugged in and powered into your TV's USB port, however you have to get your own USB cord, as this is connected to the power supply and can't be disconnected. Luckily I had extras laying around from old phones. However, the drawback to this is that you can only watch in 4K if the device is plugged into the wall. This isn't a huge deal for me because I don't own a 4K TV, but if I did I would imagine I'd be pretty bummed. All in all this is a good product and is relatively inexpensive.

Easy to setup, works as advertised

Replacing our bricked old one

Chrome cast 4K

Great for a non smart TV

Google is genius

If your TV don't have built in casting and it is a 4K this is the gadget for you. Just google it...

Close to Apple TV 4

Works perfect for my needs and it has 4K material, everything else it offers is just a bonus to me. Highly recommend !

Love it! With one complaint...

Only complain is that you can't stream Amazon Prime through the Chromecast. If you could, it'd be an easy 5 stars.

Pretty cool

I have all Google smart home products and the commands you can give the Chromecast are cool. It's different than the streaming devices im.used to, but I'm glad I made the purchase.

Not just higher def - faster and better
