Work as planned. Synchs faster than the previous version and works better than previous versions for HD content. Easy setup and integration with Google Home smart device control.

Easy to use, so glad they added Hulu to the voice commands! Still having an issue however watching Netflix with subtitles on. It keeps crashing the device and tv :(

So far so good with using my Google- Chromcast Ultra 4k player. The set up was very easy and we have an older TV and it works casting from my Iphone and Ipad.

I've always liked the Chromecast. But now that I have a 4K HDR TV, this is the perfect device to show 4K videos with high dynamic range. A bit pricier than the standard Chromecast, but it is worth it.

The kids are enjoy using it with the google home we purchased for them.

The Chromecast Ultra is very easy to set up and great for casting content from my dev/pc. Depending on the content though and internal network speeds, it does feel like the quality can degrade though.

I love the Chromecast Ultra. It's very fast and I love being able to cast anything to my TV. My wife is still not used to having a physical remote to control everything but she is getting used to it.

Functionality if great, but using different PCs to access it is a pain!

Bought my daughter the oculus quest for xmas and she said we needed this to watch her as shes using her vr. We can see what she shes in her vr on our tv. Its cool.

I love this device. The streaming is amazing and the incorporation of my cellphone as the main tooling command provides great and easy access. This is one of the best streaming devices on the market.

Simple to set up an mirrors your device - Other than mirroring my device I am not sure what the extra cost would suffice - Like not losing the remote but it is also would like a remote to use intstead of phone also

Excellent device does way more than I thought it did, i owned the 1st generation Chromecast and the ultra is so much better and i liked the 1st one also this is one of the best devices I've bought

This item is good for non ios products. Not fully functional with Apple.

The chromecast ultra is a solid device for casting; however, if you are an iOS user, I would recommend the apple tv as it pairs much more effectively.

I had the first version of Chromecast which requires Chrome browser so this one is a great upgrade. It is a lot faster, doesn’t require Chrome browser and works smoothly.

So simple to use and it does so much. Now I'm connected and streaming my bum off! How have I lived without this for so long? Get one today!

I'm all about Google products whether its cameras, phones, and chromecast. I'm impressed by the speed and interaction of the unit and the high quality of the video!!

I bought this hoping I could find a way to get cable to my extra room TV. Well you can't do that, but you can watch almost any other service on this. I recommend for a spare room.

If you have a 4k TV and a google home, you can actually use this to turn your tv on and off. works great for moments when you don't have your remote. The screen casting is amazing as always

originally thought it would work well for streaming both pictures and video from from my Samsung Galaxy S8 plus. Pictures are fine but the video files start and stop. I guess only a hard wired connection will provide the transfer speed required for video. Good product but not for this application
