I had the older original model. It was ok but wasn't compatible with 5G. The Ultra is and works GREAT!! Videos are in HD and better than from Dish Network. (Go figure??!!)

I was having trouble connecting to some programs through, my smart phone with chromecast, Chromecast Ultra fixed that problem, happy I upgraded.

Chromecast ultra is a great 4k add on for any 4k TV. downside is VUDU 4k is currently not working correctly but should be fixed in the near future according to VUDU.

I was looking to stream football from my phone to the tv. Works great. However for movies and other tv programs you have to be subscribed to Netflix,Hulu, amazon prime etc to utilize all of the smart features.

It freezes a lot but it does what it’s supposed to do

Very simple to set up and use. My parents have cast several YouTube shows already. Curbside pickup was seamless. Staff very friendly.

The product is easy it install and set up. One you plug it in it simply walks you screen by screen and with minuets you watching Chromecast TV. Would highly recomend.

When these items are on sale, they’re a great value. Easy to use in her face, they take up very little room, and provide a diverse use.

Powerful little device to have. Everything is so easy to navigate with your phone, so many apps to have, loved this product...would definitely recommend this product.

i love this cause i now have the power to cast my computer to my tv so every one can play games and watch movies since i no longer have a working DVD player

This is easy to setup, and works like a charm. My only point reduction is due to the fact that you: 1. Must have an android device to set it up and 2. It does not play with Apple hardware.

I used the Ethernet connection and with high speed Internet there’s a good picture just about always. The device connects and reacts quickly to inputs.

I've had all 3 versions now, and this has far snappier performance, does a great job with 4K or 1080p and seems smoother with video playback than the older ones.

As my old chromecast wouldn't maintain network connection, this is a significant benefit. Seriously, I do find the chromecast useful, but I still prefer my Roku for greater selection and ease of use.

Very easy to set-up and use. I've had a few issues as sometimes something happens and the color goes weird, so I then unplug/replug and all is good again. Doesn't happen often but noticeable. Otherwise great product

This device works great and fits behind any TV but you'll need another device or extra space to control it by downloading the chrome cast app

I purchased this Chromecast Ultra 4K to use on my new Sony TV which it's so easy to setup and stream all programs with ease!

Much better than airplay, no lag or any issues. I got this to cast 4k video + dolby digital plus. Little did i know vudu does not allow 4k playing on pcs, so have nothing to cast. But the chrome cast is cool

I bought this gizmo for my wife's Tv because the Amazon Fire was not working anymore. I did some reasearch before I purchased it and has been great.

Buy this to make my RCA TV smart, it is very easy to use, it does not take up space and it works perfectly with applications that I have on the iphone.
